Errors are corrected by disclosure, not by rewriting the past.

Methodology §7 requires a dated notice on the affected print and in the next print. If a published value is wrong, the original remains visible and struck through.

Launch print notice

This is the dated launch print (June 2026), published before the first full quarter closes. Quarterly prints begin with the first quarter-close print. Values are unchanged from the reviewed pipeline output; only the provisional dry-run label was replaced.

Affected print: 2026-q2. Pattern: original value corrected value.

Correction pattern.

Computational errors use original value followed by corrected value, plus date, affected print, source of the error, and whether the next print carried the notice.
