CORRECTIONS

Errors are corrected by disclosure, not by rewriting the past.

Methodology §7 requires a dated notice on the affected print and in the next print. If a published value is wrong, the original remains visible and struck through.

Source revision note

Zillow revised its published ZHVI bottom-tier history in the 2026-07-13 retrieval, so every historical row in this print is recomputed from the new vintage and sits about 1% above the June 2026 print (for example, 2000 Q1 is 2.09 work-years here versus 2.07 in June). The June print is unchanged as published; each print reports its own source vintage.

Affected print: 2026-07. Pattern: original value corrected value.
